This room is spacious and is located upstairs.  It features:
- 1 Queen-size Bed
- Ceiling Fan

- Dedicated A/C & Heat (Split System)

- Smart TV

THE LOFT

The loft is directly upstairs from the living area and is open to the stairs and living room below.  It features:
- 1 Full-size Futon

- 1 Full-size Sofa Bed
